Branding & Communication

An identity and a voice for the event, not just a logo on a banner

Most events inherit a brand rather than get one. The corporate identity goes on the holding slide, the signage is whatever the venue supplier suggested, and the invitation is a calendar item. It works, but it does not make anyone feel anything.

We treat the event as a thing with its own character inside the corporate brand — a name, a look, a tone — and then carry that consistently from the first invitation to the closing slide. Because we usually also run the meeting and the production, the identity does not stop at the artwork: it reaches the signage, the screens, the set and the way people are spoken to. You can also brief us on the branding alone.

What branding and communication covers

Event identity

A name, visual direction and key message, developed inside your existing brand guidelines rather than against them.

Digital and print assets

Invitations, registration pages, app content, presentation templates, signage, wayfinding and print.

Motion and screen content

Openers, transitions, holding loops and set-piece content for the main screens.

Delegate communication

A sequence of messages before, during and after, written so people read them and act on them.

Set and environment design

Working with the production team so the space carries the identity rather than fighting it.

Post-event content

Recap film, photography and assets your team can use internally afterwards.

How we work

  1. Position

What this event stands for, and how that sits inside the corporate brand.

  2. Design

Identity concepts and a communication plan, presented as they would actually appear.

  3. Produce

Every asset built and delivered to the venue, the platform and the production team on time.

  4. Extend

Post-event content so the message keeps working after everyone has gone home.

Formats we regularly deliver

  • Event identity and naming
  • Invitation and registration campaigns
  • Signage and wayfinding
  • Screen content and motion graphics
  • Presentation and template design
  • Recap films and post-event assets

We work across sectors — HealthCare, LifeScience, Real Estate, Sports, Entertainment and Insurance — and we are equally at home with a format that is not on this list.

What clients say

What I appreciate most is the attention to detail, focus on attendee experience, and availability of the team. They take the time to understand the intended audience to bring creativity to each event, customizing it for the audience.

Most projects use more than one of these. Briefing them together is the point.
